PCC communicates directly with Passport 4000, avoiding any email latencies, storage problems and audit compliance issues.
Create messages containing both text and attachments and addressed to multiple destinations. Options include priority settings, delayed despatch and user-selectable coversheet.
Track, resubmit, re-route or cancel messages. You can retrieve messages historically or query the system audit trail on a personal or departmental basis.
Set up automatic approval systems, with the option to prevent designated approvers from approving their own messages. You can create and append reasons for rejecting a message.
Based on .Net framework and runs on Windows XP and Vista.
Sits in Windows system tray and notifies the user if a new message is received and when final delivery has taken place.
